I didn't get an empty list. Near the top there's a sequence
of tabs. I presume you had the "featured" tab active. Clicking
the other tabs will give non-trivial lists of questions.

Try this out: http://mathoverflow.net/questions/tagged/rt.representation-theory Empty list. According to the page title, it is probably supposed to show all questions tagged "rt.representation-theory" which have a bounty. But who needs this when there are never more than 10 bounty questions at the same time? I want to be able to view all questions tagged "rt.representation-theory", bounty or not. Options to see only the answered, the answered-with-accept and the unanswered ones would be useful as well.
