I think that this is a great idea for community-wiki/big-list/soft questions. If a question of this sort is potentially interesting but ultimately flawed, I think that if someone is able to formulate it better, he or she should be encouraged to do so, rather than defend a bad question from closure because it may garner some interesting answers.
