There should be a joke-function that takes as its domain a number of questions asked on MO and returns a curve that gets asymptotically closer to finding the site useful.

@WilleWong Yes, I am and I always have. It was simply a curiosity question. When it encountered such resistance, I realized that I had been too broad, and tried to delete it. When I could not delete it, due to the 2 day limit, I tried to salvage it by changing it completely. When it was reverted, I was aghast. When I was aghast, I posted here. The end.

The OP seems to be referring to this question. A note for Scott and other moderators: as a third party I don't see an option to flag the post at all. I am not sure if the OP does either after the post is locked.

This is primarily directed at Steve Morrison. I'm the one who asked the question about sensate pastimes, then changed it to a question about Euler. I actually did try to delete the question, but there's a 2 day limit on deleting your own stuff.
