As far as I know, there are three types of feeds: the recent-questions-feed (http://mathoverflow.net/feeds), tag-feeds (like http://mathoverflow.net/feeds/tag/algebraic-geometry), and user-feeds (like http://mathoverflow.net/feeds/user/66). The Stack Overflow team has implemented feeds for all views (newest, featured, hot, highest-voted, active), but this hasn't been worked into Stack Exchange yet.

I get it directly. However, I just realized what is going on. When a question is edited, it pops up in the feed again, as if it were a new question. That confused me.
