Host the image somewhere
When entering your question/answer, click the little photograph in the toolbar, or highlight a bit of text and type CTRL+G.
Paste the URL of the image into the dialogue box.

Alternatively,

Host the image somewhere.

How do I insert an image? Can someone provide either an example or a link to an explanation?
