I'd say that those three questions are reasonable questions for a beginning graduate student in the relevant areas, and are fine for MO.

Looking at the topics of your questions (I haven't really read them carefully) I would guess that the audience will be far greater on MO than on MSE. This can be a good enough reason to ask on MO. If your question turns out to be off-topic, it will get closed and someone will tell you why...

These are probably really basic questions for current research homotopy-theorists, but it seems that the people that work on such things are pretty much only on MO. Where do I draw the line?
