To extend Gerry's words, avoid multiple question marks.

There's nothing more repulsive to the reader than seeing a question with a title such as:

Seen this???!?!?@3?!?@#?!?!@?#4/!@#$?!@#$!%!@#$?!@34 OMG!!!!! SO AWESOMEEEEEEE!!!!!11111oneoneeleven

Of course I am going way way beyond what you did, but two question marks is about 200% of the reasonable amount of question marks. It makes the readers open the thread for the sole purpose of closing it.

Mick, you've been here for an hour, and you're telling those of us who have been here for years what this website is supposed to do? Please take a little time to learn the purpose of this website. It's not intended as a place where anything goes, so long as there's some mathematics in it - it has a very specific and focussed purpose, and your question, while a very good one, is as much a mismatch for this site as it would be on a site devoted to discussion of Agatha Christie murder mysteries. There are perfectly good sites where your question (if you put a little more work into phrasing it a little better) would be welcomed with open arms, e.g., math.stackexchange.com.

I might not be popular saying this , but i complain.

Too many questions are closed down that appear to me as good questions.

I think math is more than just yes/no questions and if you dont like a subject you can ignore it without closing it.

For instance my last one " Extended Prime Number Theorem " deserves much better imho.
