As an enhancement to the site, post a Worst of Math Overflow section, which takes a visitor to an anteroom which explains that the following list of questions were closed and deemed inappropriate, and provides a link to a list of the worst questions submitted and recorded. This may help those with honest intent who are new to the site and don't mean to post stuff that will be closed.

Also, such a section may provide entertainment value. This might draw more people to the site. Hopefully it will not start an informal contest of submitting questions to see how vigorously they can be closed.

If possible, I recommend that any question on the "Worst" list be removed from the question sidebar, which appears to be a list of related questions that appear on the right side of a selected question and its answers. (I find the question sidebar very attractive when the questions listed are not garbage.)
