The system seemed to have worked great; there were only one of two angry reactions from users (and these were new users). Just a reminder to try to be civil and non-provocative when dealing with trolls. They are looking for a reaction, and it's best to not give them one. Just flag as spam (or for moderator attention), or both. There's not even much point downvoting if it's obviously trolling. If it's ever getting out of hand feel free to start a thread here, or email the moderators directly: sometimes whole hours pass between one of us looking at the site! :-)
