You haven't specified, but I'm guessing both the bounty and missing rep are associated to the question An anecdote by R. Schmidt. Looking at the revision history, it looks like the question was made community wiki by virtue of being heavily edited. Once a post is converted to community wiki, the owner doesn't accumulate reputation on it.

I had X reputation points before I started "this" bounty. Once the question entered the Featured Hall, my rep came down to X-50. Everything was right up to that moment. Thing is that one of my questions got 2 or 3 up-votes recently and the "system" somehow forgot to add 'em to my grand total.

Whatever happened to those hard earned rep points of mine? It's not like it's a matter of death or life... I just want to know what in blue blazes is going on here.
