These comments have now disappeared. I suppose BCnrad deleted his since (for once!) he expanded them into a complete answer. But I wonder what happened to mine. I am not in the least complaining , since my comments now would make no sense and anyway they were essentially (deserved) compliments for BCnrad's awesome expertise, so it is definitely not I who am harmed by the deletion. Yet I am curious to know who erased these comments.]]>
