While "other" would be nice, there are valid uses for "too localized". We sometimes have questions where the point of the question is obscured by a huge amount of very specific detail. In a different direction, I closed http://mathoverflow.net/questions/17694/why-is-lexicographic-bfs-minus-used-in-cograph-recognition-linear-closed on the basis that you had to have read a particular paper before the first sentence even made sense.
