There is no doubt that it should remain closed. I'm not sure it should be deleted. Ideally it would have been migrated, but this is not possible until we mIgrate to SE2. I see some value in keeping the question closed but not deleted. It establishes some link with another SE site, and future users may stumble upon it and get rerouted to the right place. Nevertheless, my opinion is not set so I would like to hear the community opinion on this boundary case.
