The favorites functionality on MO isn't quite what porton is asking for since a user's favorites are public information.

Click the star below the voting arrows to mark something as a favorite. Go to your user page and cluck the favorites tab to see your list.

In MO itself? It already exists.

As for meta, we probably don't need it.

Please add the feature to mark a question as favorite and every user to see the list of his favorite questions. (Other users should not see a user's list of featured questions.)

This is useful for a user to keep the list of questions he is interested in.

It is just like favorite threads in Google groups.
