Also, voted to close (both). In the latter case a 'cancelling vote' [btw, is this agreement still in place, or was it abandonned?].
My rational, I assume not an original one, in both cases is that for some time such questions can be interesting, but at some point the should be closed.

[In this way new/similar ones can be created without having to many active ones.]
