I'd say that those three questions are reasonable questions for a beginning graduate student in the relevant areas, and are fine for MO.

It's wrong to think that there is a rigid dividing line between MO and MSE. Looking at the topics of your questions (I haven't really read them carefully) I would guess that the audience will be far greater on MO than on MSE. This can be a good enough reason to ask on MO. If your question turns out to be off-topic, it will get closed and someone will tell you why...

I've been asking a lot of questions on MSE lately, and while sometimes I get some feedback, it does not seem that I get much. Often my questions are of the type that I think people on MO would probably be able to answer with little to no thought at all, but I'm not sure if they're still to basic to post on here. They're not strictly research questions (in the sense that I am not personally writing a paper or trying to prove something as yet unproven) but they are the sort of topics that are aimed at eventually doing some high level research. Here are a few I have asked recently:

These are probably really basic questions for current research homotopy-theorists, but it seems that the people that work on such things are pretty much only on MO. Where do I draw the line?
