Confirmed. Since this seems to be a bug entirely in javascript, it's possible that we could fix it by overwriting the functions, but I'm afraid that's not going to happen in the near future.

I propose the following crufty workaround. You can click the title of the question, which takes you to the question page, and unfavorite it there.

I tried to un-favorite questions by clicking on the little stars on the "favorites" tab of my profile. This works fine on the first page of favorite questions, but stops working on any other pages (it seems that the reloading of questions that happens when you click on page 2 breaks the javascript that reacts to clicking on the stars). I know of no other good way to organize favorites, so this is annoying.
