I looked at the history of a recent question and saw that the OP deleted and undeleted the question multiple times. How could that happen? I thought once you deleted your own question, you can not do anything about it anymore unless you have more than 10K.

Another related question: how many votes are needed to undelete a question? Is that 5?

    Thanks.

Oh, so interestingly enough, if you click delete and then do not close the page, you can undelete it (the person in question was me).

It takes 3 votes to delete/undelete a question (unless they are cast by the owner or a moderator).

Thank you guys, everything is clear now. When I saw it on the list of delete questions, it was indicated that the are 2 votes to undelete, so I was confused when I cast a vote to undelete and nothing happens. But that 2 just showed the total history of undelete votes, which may well happen as Harry explained.
