Sometimes I do a vote to close on my IPhone and accidentally hit the wrong category because the menu is too small. For example, yesterday I voted to close as an exact duplicate but then accidentally hit the wrong entry from the list of questions. Today I meant to hit not a real question and accidentally hit blatantly offensive. Is there a way to reset or fix the vote?

No, I don't think so. I think we all make these kinds of mistakes once and a while. Luckily it takes several votes to close and the majority reason is the one displayed so usually your mistake won't have an embarassing consequence.

In the duplicate question case it showed the majority one and my mistaken one.

That's odd, I've never seen that before. When a question is closed, I think I've only ever seen one stated reason to close, at least, that's visible to everyone.

Are you referring to this thread? http://mathoverflow.net/questions/86445/literature-on-total-strict-preorders-closed

To me the only reason to close I can see is "off topic".

  1.

The majority/minority display is (I believe) a feature of the SE2.0 sites, not MathOverflow. Are you, perhaps, thinking of a maths-SX question for that?

In http://mathoverflow.net/questions/86229/homology-classes-closed it shows 2 candidates for exact duplicate, one of which is my accidental choice.
  2.

a side note ... menu too small ... can't you use two fingers and make it bigger?

  3.

Closures are always for one reason with this software. When a question is closed for being an exact duplicate, all questions selected by the voters are displayed. I've deleted the superfluous question.

MO doesn't interface too well with iPhone. Things tend to be too big or too small.
