There are soooo many nice threads in math overflow. I see very nice ones when I am browsing through, and I keep in mind, I have to look at it later. Is there a way to bookmark them in a good way so that I can return to it later more seriously?

For simply sorting out new posts, etc., I was able to use RSS feeds and google reader to solve the problem. The question is about bookmarking interesting threads and return to them later.. The browser bookmarking seems to old-fashioned, and besides I use google chrome in which I have reservations about the way bookmarking works.
  1.

    One word: favorites.

I use google reader too. I also have a folder of particular user feeds (so that I can bookmark particular answers and comments). I like this better than starring from within MO.

Some suggestion for this could be mentioned in the FAQ, or perhaps in a later document meant for more experienced users.

There's a "tips and tricks" document, linked to from a box on the right side of the main page (above "Interesting Tags").

Ilya's comment perhaps requires a little elaboration. Clicking on the star below the voting thingamabob when you view a thread will add it to your Favorites, which can be accessed by clicking on your name at the top under the "Favorites" tab.
