    This is a problem I have been working on. It's elementary, but I'm disappointed and find out that it seems difficult. I don't know whether a higher mathematics overlook is needed. It approaches research level for me, but I don't know whether it is a real research level problem.

    If it is acceptable, I'll post the problem in MO when the bounty expires in MSE.
