Community: Does the number of views of one's own profile include self views?

    When one views his own profile, will this increase the number of views of his profile? I am not familiar with this older version of stackoverflow, but in the newer version, self viewing doesn't increase view counts. Thanks!

    Given how often I use my profile page(s) to track recent activity, my guess is not much. I can imagine a bump when I use a different IP (say from different wireless cafe's, but not for every reload in a day. It should be easy to test with two smartphones.
