... but the "daily reputation cap" appears to be ridiculously low for some reason. I've just earned the "mortarboard badge" which is for hitting the daily reputation cap (for the first time). According to the system, that was 55 points.

The "not complaining" is to do with getting another badge (though it is bronze, so that's not helping with my Grand Plan). I'm also aware that this might be to do with today's "upgrade", but figured it worth reporting anyway.

Sorry about starting a duplicate discussion. I didn't see this one when I created mine and could not figure out how to delete the discussion afterwards.

For what it's worth, I believe the actual cap is 200.

I got the peer pressure badge. I always wondered why I never got it, after multiple instances of deserving the same.

Now they've fixed it, long after I actively stopped using this username!

@Andrew: According to the system, you received 202 points on Dec. 11. The badge awards are retroactive.

Gosh! I admire your persistence, Tyler!

I think I've found the real reason why I like MO: it uses up the time of clever people like Tyler so that the rest of us can catch up.

    Mwahahaha :-)
