I just voted to close a question and then changed my mind. But I can't figure out how to retract my vote. The question is not yet closed. This is not a big deal but I was wondering if it (a) was and (b) should be possible to change my mind about things like this?

I think there's no way to take back your vote, but I think you should be able to. I've just posted a feature-request on meta.SE about this.

Sorry to bore anyone who knows this --- it's easy to get the reputation to vote on meta.SE (just 15). Over on meta.SE everyone is pretty relaxed, and you won't get hate mail for writing a very minor answer. Especially if you mention mathoverflow somehow, the other mathoverflow people who occasionally look at meta.SE will probably vote you up on principle.

And to continue the boredom, any new requests should also be added to the thread "Things you should vote up on meta.S[OE]". I tend to go over to meta.S[OE] once in a blue moon and vote up anything I haven't voted up since last time, rather than going over in dribs and drabs whenever someone takes it into their head to request something daft. Having the list all in one place makes it easier to find.

A very minor answer? What does that even mean? I'd much rather post a very minor request; I'll admit, I haven't gotten around to it. Has anyone posted about having a custom list of closing reasons?
