It's a big list that doesn't seem like it will get any good new answers, so I've voted to close as no longer relevant. This is in line with the actions we've taken for other big list questions:
link.
It got two answers in the last hours and the next oldest activity was May 16... I would understand the desire to close it if it became a real problem by staying on top hiding more interesting questions, but, really, I have lots of trouble figuring out why it has been stopped relevant!
I really, really would prefer to reserve closing to really BAD questions, in bold and all caps.
Also, that question was asked by Richard Stanley, one of my heroes! :)
(http://mathoverflow.net/questions/28162/about-fibration is an example of something that needs serious work!)
I agree with Mariano. I think it's a good question. I agree that so far there are no particularly good answers, but certainly it's possible that someone can come up with a nice answer in the future.
Having looked at the comments, I have to say that if someone's asked Persi Diaconis and he hasn't come up with anything then the likelihood is that there aren't any good answers to be had.
