    Is there a way to receive a daily update of the last 24hrs activity in certain tags?

    I would like to have once per day an email with a list of the new questions posted in my tags-of-interest. Is it possible?

    Click on the tag you're interested in, go to the bottom of the page. There's a "tag feed" link there, bottom-right side of the page.

    Most browsers (such as firefox) will give you a news-feed based on that tag, if you set it up properly.
