I found this this URL, http://mathoverflow.net/users/recent/[YourUser#Here] , displays a page I have not seen yet:

    Recent Activity
last month this month last week this week yesterday today
    etc. etc.

The usefulness of this page is that it shows who commented on your old questions, whereas the "recent" tab on your user page only shows *your* comments, not the comments of others on your posts.

My question is: Is there some link somewhere to access this useful page without using the URL directly? Perhaps I'm the only one who doesn't know! (I searched the FAQ and meta without luck.) :-j

Click the little envelope next to your name at the top of the page.

Thanks, Harry! Gee, I must have clicked on it accidentally. Should have known about this. Apologies for starting this discussion! :-j

No apologies necessary. It's stupid that it's hidden like that. I didn't recognize it until I was here for 6 months.

Also, that little envelope lights up orange whenever you get an answer on a question or a comment on a an answer or question.

(Meanwhile, the ascii art there wasn't meant to be condescending. I only did it because I realized that [\/] is a pretty nifty ascii art symbol for an envelope!)

No problem, Harry, I immediately understood your ASCII art! Thanks again. :-j
