A relatively new user gave a brief answer at http://mathoverflow.net/questions/43237/generalized-geometry/43239#43239 and indicated he would like to put more. I thought it would be nice to give some idea of how long is too long. So, does anybody know how to search for the longest (number of characters perhaps?) answers that got at least 25 votes, then 10 votes, then 5 I suppose? I already left the little advice I knew how to give.
Thanks, Harald. It is late, I think the guy who gave the answer will have revised his answer by the time I figure out where a database dump might be. It was a good first step for future consideration, though, we spend so much energy closing questions, what are some things to try when we judge that more of a question or answer would actually be better?
