The question http://mathoverflow.net/questions/45185/pseudonyms-of-famous-mathematicians has received four closing votes yet there are no comments explaining why it should be closed. In my opinion it is a legitimate math history question which generated a lot of interesting answers. I don't know any single place where one could easily find this information. Most of it was new to me. But maybe it's just my idiosyncratic bias towards math history.
Please comment.
P.S. I "casted" a virtual reopening vote offsetting one of the closing votes.
