    A clear case of reputation hunting. This person is systematically going through the SE sites trying to get as much rep as possible: he's amassed a substantial rep on moms4mom and on this other site. I think we should all keep an eye out for him and watch for suspicious behaviour.

    How do you know he's reputation-hunting? His record on SO looks perfectly legit to me.

    Am I missing something? This seems like quite a harsh comment: so this guy is the most reputed user on SO, and he's active on some other cognate sites. What's wrong with that??

    Just for the sake of argument, suppose that he were explicitly and primarily motivated by maximizing his reputation on as many of these sites as he can. Again, what's the problem? Is there a special set of privileges that you don't even know about until you get more rep, at the top of which is

    666,666 invoke Armageddon

    that I don't know about??

    @Ben, I believe the thread was a joke. Jon Skeet is a well-known C# developer at Google. Too bad his Wikipedia page was deleted

    Interestingly, the guy writes poems so I think we don't have to fear he'll be in for destroying our site if he appears here :)

    I think if he comes here, the administration should immediately ban him. I'm absolutely serious. His last name is Skeet. We can't have that kind of profanity here.

    @Andrew: Ok, very funny. If you don't mind, I'm sinking this discussion. There are already about 300 Jon Skeet threads on meta.SO, which should generate enough amusement.

    No problem! I was getting a bit overwhelmed by all the "doom and gloom" posts about how MO is sinking under the weight of homework questions, and thought it time for something light-hearted. The fact that I got Ben and plclark hook, line, sinker, and fishing boat was a bonus.
